Who are we
Mould Master is an independent business formed in 2014, dedicated to both pipe extrusion and moulding of plastic fittings.
The state of the art equipment includes a range of high pressure injection moulding machines from a large German manufacturer called BOY, and a range of pipe extrusion machines from a renowned manufacture called Davies Standard. All machinery was purchased new, and is regularly serviced and updated to maintain maximum productivity.
In moulding terms we have machines that vary from 22 to 90t and therefore have a maximum shot weight of 129gms. We have the ability to mould in a number of polymers including the following :- polypropolyne, ABS, PVC & styrene.
We are able to extrude pipe up to and including 60mm, also in a range of polymers including, ABS,PVC & styrene.
Our raw materials are sourced from a range of international suppliers who offer the lowest possible market price, at any given time. Our own range of products are destined for the life safety market therefore we use 100% virgin raw materials, but we are able to introduce some regrind material if your specification allows. We are pleased to be able to offer a colour matching service for any parts that you wish to develop with ourselves. The minimum annual production run is 100k pieces.
What we do
Our production facility, newly installed in 2016 is fully equipped with a range of moulding machines manufactured by BOY, one of the world’s leading manufacturers, Controlled by the latest computer technology which minimises production cycle times and power consumption, helping to keep our prices very competitive.
We are able to produce up to a maximum shot weight of approximately 129gms, using machines of 22, 50 and 90 tonnes.
Our portfolio of products includes a range of the fire protection and detection industry and we are able to manufacture products for any other sectors including automotive, toy or component industry.
Using your own existing moulds, or new moulds, you may require assistance in manufacturing, we have the ability to mould in a variety of materials including polypropylene, ABS, styrene, etc.
We source materials from the large range of suppliers and buy in large quantities to obtain and maintain the lowest possible prices.
