Mould Master Ltd is committed to best practice in the way it manufactures and recycles any waste created during the manufacturing process.

Our moulding machines use state of the art electronics to minimise the power consumption during operation,

the large electric motors only operate when the mould is opening and closing, offering a considerable saving compared to older machines that are running constantly.

This is not only an environmentally friendly but also is also used commercially to maintain a competitive edge over our competitors.

Our range of high-quality moulds is specifically designed to create the smallest amount of sprue possible minimising any product to be recycled. The sprue that is produced is reground to granules, and either sold to third party companies for recycling or can be reused in the production process if specified by the client.

Only The highest quality materials is used which ensures the best possible quality product whilst also being less harmful to the environment should the product burn at any stage of its life.

A large investment has recently been made in lighting the production facility using extremely low levels of electricity but offering a high level of visibility.
